Nice comfy base for travelling to Tokyo and exploring local places. Soundproof room and impeccably clean, with a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. Very, very nice staff throughout. Hearty, healthy breakfast with Western options. Comfy beds, great and unbeatable location close to many different metro lines. So close to the stations, the train station, post office and several convenience stores or restaurants that open until late night and Chiyoda. Comfortable overall experience.

Hotel was absolutely fantastic, we truly enjoyed this place.

The rooms were rather big and silent with a single bed, you feel like home. Had Netflix and a couch, and several times we got cereal, eggs, and cheese for breakfast.

The staff at Via Inn Prime Akasaka was incredibly nice, welcoming, and responded promptly to requests. The location was marvellous, only a 20-minute walk to the center. Thanks to the nearby train stations, all the landmarks in Tokyo were within easy reach.

The breakfast buffet at Via Inn was absolutely delicious! They had a great variety of food at a reasonable price. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, with nearby subway stations and plenty of food options. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Tokyo.
